After years in property management and a love for travel, we found our way back to Southeast Tennessee, and into a quiet forest that feels like an escape waiting to happen. Founder Pass is our invitation to stay early, follow along as Ferncrest Ocoee comes to life, and be part of the very beginning of the place we’re building.
Our Journey
As Ferncrest Ocoee comes to life, we are shaping it the way they’ve always traveled: intentionally, slowly, and with space for both adventure and rest.
We took over an existing campground and are thoughtfully breathing new life into it: refreshing cabins and bathhouse spaces while bringing in geodesic domes, wellness amenities, and forest trails that invite guests to slow down and settle in.
The Build Process (Happening Now)
This isn’t just a someday idea – Ferncrest Ocoee is being built right now. Here’s what’s coming:
