We manifested it first. Then one morning, we drove out to Neligh, walked across the river, and stepped onto our property for the very first time. The trees were bigger than we expected. And the paths between those massive trees looked like the land had already decided where the domes should go.

Our Journey
Before we ever broke ground, we sat down with the city leaders of Neligh. The room was full of neighbors, business owners, and people who'd been waiting for something like this. It almost felt like coming home. The energy wasn't "prove yourself," it was "what do you need, and how can we help?"
That's the kind of place Ferncrest Elkhorn River is being built in. A small town with real character: brick buildings, a county fair, and a winding river.
We're not renovating a hotel. We're building a destination from scratch: domes with private hot tubs tucked into natural openings in the trees, a sauna, a cold plunge, a fully stocked camp store, a luxury bathhouse, and steps from the Cowboy Trail.
Every week, it's becoming more real. And we want you here for the beginning.
