  Weeknights and shoulder season dates tend to be more accessible. Peak summer weekends and premium units with private hot tubs will be on the higher end.

Every stay includes your private dome or cabin accommodation on a 20-acre mountain property with views of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Inside, you'll find plush bedding with quality linens, electricity, thermal insulation for comfort in any season, and a thoughtfully designed interior.

Outside, each site has outdoor seating and a fire pit. Select domes include a private hot tub. All guests have access to the modern bathhouses, the communal wellness area (hot tub, sauna, cold plunge), and the community gathering dome.

• Yes! Guests are welcome to bring up to two dogs per site for a $40 per night fee.
• Dog owners must follow our dog policy below:
  • Dogs must not exceed 80 lbs.
  • Please bring a dog mat, bed, or small crate for your dog’s comfort inside the accommodation.
  • Owners must clean up after their dogs at all times.
  • Dogs must be kept on a leash when in community areas or around other guests.
  • No aggressive dogs are allowed.
  • Dogs that are anxious, uncomfortable with new environments, or bark excessively (especially at night or when left alone) are not permitted.
  • Dogs are not allowed inside the Camp Store or Bathhouse
  • Dogs may not be left unattended at any time.

Linens and towels are provided.

Shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hand soap are all provided.

  • Note: Linens and Toiletries – Ferncrest provides all linens, blankets, pillows, and towels. There is shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the showers. If you would like to use a hairdryer while on-site, please bring one. We do not have any hairdryers on-site. All of our bathrooms have convenient outlets to plug into.

Unfortunately no campers, RVs or personal tents are allowed on site.

Yes, we do have Wi-Fi but some spots have stronger signals than others. Our internet will be strong enough for some light browsing but not recommended for downloads or streaming.

Unfortunately there is no self-service laundry available on site. Based on the Ferncrest location, there may be laundromats in a nearby town.

We do not offer daily housekeeping service. Additional blankets, towels, or anything else you might need is available upon request. Kindly keep in mind we are an invisible service campground so any requests will need to be made in advance.

Due to local county regulations, all firewood must be native to the area. All firewood for campfires, hot tubs and indoor fireplaces must be purchased on site from our Camp Store. Any outside wood found on site will be subject to fines.

All our lodging comes with a cooler, and ice can be bought at our Camp Store (or brought with you). Dome Tents include a mini refrigerator.
